REMITTANCE

Acumen Allied Services Ltd.  has been serving  various Filipino-Canadian communities since 2006 in the heart of the Vancouver – Broadway area until we moved to our current home at Guilford in Surrey on June of 2008.

Since our initial set-up in mid-town Vancouver, we are now serving key cities in the Vancouver Lower mainland as well as Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, and Fort McMurray in the province of Alberta through accredited agents and outlets.

Since the beginning of our remittance service operation, we are proud to be a tie-up partner of the Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) - the BSP Top Remittance Bank Hall of Famer (2006 - 2008), the Asian Banker’s Best Retail Bank in the Philippines (2002 – 2008) and the only bank in Southeast Asia that has no sub-prime mortgage exposure. Not to mention that BPI has been in the banking business for more than 150 years since its establishment in 1851 known then as El Banco Espanol-Filipino de Isabel II  (in honor of the reigning queen of Spain – Isabella II, daughter of King Ferdinand VII).

With the advent of online payment systems, Acumen Allied Services Ltd. now accepts remittances with  Interac E-mail Money Transfer payments for residents and OFW who resides in any Canadian territories with an existing account with any member Interac member institutions (see below for more details).

Acumen Allied Services Ltd. is a registered Money Service Business (MSB) under the Financial Transactions Report Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).
